a LOT of candles to blow out
ah 27 not quite 30, but almost getting to the age when you stop telling people your age me thinks. the age when i should start thinking about having a crisis once i hit 30, but then forgetting about it all and partying like i was 18 (well kind of... ok not really).
so yes, another wicked birthday weekend has come and gone and a thousand thank yous to you and your family for all those who sent good wishes and helped me celebrate.
friday night saw the team head to the "NEW" tay do restaurant. tay do is the vietnamese restaurant that we go to every other day and the owners decided that instead of renovating the current restaurant, they would build a new one directly across the road. when faced with the choice of which one to shut down, they decided to run ..... both. brilliant.
saturday night saw the party head to the endurance in soho. all the revellers marvelled at the most bizarre collection of taxidermy (complete with freshwater bass and grizzly bear) while getting into the birthday spirit.
